Can I rent with a foreign driver's license?
If you are between 21 and 25 years old, you can rent without any major complications. You will only need to pay an additional risk insurance of approximately $10.00 USD per day. If you are under 21 years old, it is not possible to rent.
There is the option for a relative or acquaintance to provide their credit card for the temporary security hold.
